North Florida Holsteins - North Florida Holsteins was founded in 1980, milking 120 cows on 480 acres in a double 10 herringbone parlor. In 1984, the herd size had reached 1000 cows, and a double 12 herringbone parlor was built. Herd size continued to increase, and in 1990, with farm acreage up to almost 1000 acres, a state-of-the-art double 40 parallel parlor was built which today handles the 3600 head of milking age females. Young stock bring the total number at North Florida Holsteins to 6400. Approximately one third of these are Registered Holsteins; over 90% are identified.

Located in Oakdale, California in the north central part of the state and in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains since 1987, Sikkema Star's current March 1998 RHA on 1200 cows is 24,263 3.58% 869 3.15% 764. Consider that 43% of the herd is first lactation heifers! All cows are housed in free stalls with 130-180 cows per group and milked in a double rapid exit parlor.

Star K Ranch - We raise purebred Murray Grey Beef Cattle on our 10 lovely acres in central Missouri. We started in M.G.s in 1992. We are happy with their many fine attributes but at the top of the list is gentleness. The meat is second to none as far as tenderness & flavour are concerned.
