Dairy Food Safety Laboratory - There is a critical need for a mechanism of performing rapid response, and applied research on dairy herd health and on-farm food safety problems. In addition, a laboratory that has a primary focus on the dairy producer is necessary for both undergraduate and graduate training, and to serve as a hub around which collaborative efforts in research and information dissemination revolve. The Laboratory's mandate is to provide a consistent, rapid response of applied research on herd health and food safety questions as they arise.

We are interested in Food Animal Production Medicine and use this site to update the club on our activities, future plans and educational links on the internet. Program on Agricultural Technology Studies (PATS) - The Program on Agricultural Technology Studies (PATS) is an applied research unit of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
